I believe every woman deserves to feel grounded, nourished, and confident in her body. I help women navigate every season of hormonal and life change, from preconception, pregnancy, through perimenopause and life beyond, with personalized nutrition, functional testing, and lifestyle alignment.
My Story
As a Registered Dietitian-Nutrition (RDN) with experience in clinical and community settings, and over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’ve seen how women’s health concerns are often dismissed or treated in isolation. My passion is helping women feel empowered, supported, and confident in their bodies during some of life’s most important transitions!
I’ve seen firsthand with my clients and my own body, how nutrition can transform not only your symptoms, but also your energy, your confidence, and your sense of peace.
